Mr. Shraiberg has more than 40 years of experience in real estate and has been the President of Urban Property Management, Inc. since 1971. Through his current position and as the major shareholder of Esprit Homes, Ltd., a prominent Colorado homebuilder, Mr. Shraiberg has been involved in the development of approximately 20,000 apartment units over his career.
